Bristol Eye Hospital

Following a competitive tender process, we carried out the comprehensive refurbishment of parts of Level 1 & 2 of the old Bristol Eye Bank. Prior to this we had completed the enabling works package including extensive stripout of the heavily fitted out space leaving two floor plates. The scope of works included installation of new suspended ceiling, alongside the upgrade of new electrical and mechanical services including new lighting, power, TMV's and WC's. Finishes included carpentry, decorations and floor coverings. All works were successfully completed within the programme, including extensive additional works, and handed back before being handed back to the trust.
