City Arcade, Worcester

Following a competitive tender process, we were instructed to carry out periodic maintenance works to City Arcade, Worcester. The project management involved extensive liaison with the retailers in the arcade. Our teams worked in shift patterns over a number of weeks, both in and out of hours, to minimise disruption to the Arcade,s daily operation. The project included the full redecoration of the internal fabric of the arcade, conversion of existing light fittings to LED, and the cleansing of the external fabric including roof coverings, glazing and façade. While on site we were also instructed to strip out and refurbish a recently vacated retail unit along with other minor landlord improvements.
