Following a competitive tender process we were successful in being awarded the contract to undertake a refurbishment project at a vacant industrial unit on the Greenbridge Industrial Estate Swindon. The main scope of works to Unit 1 was to undertake a complete strip out including demolition of a single story office extension to the facade followed by internal remodeling of the building to include demolition and erection of new walls , installation of new male and female toilets including new sanitary ware and IPS panels, new galvanized staircase and mezzanine safety barrier, suspended and mf ceilings, vinyl, carpet and resin paint floor coverings . Renew complete electrical installation including new fire alarm system. Externally works comprised of new Bauder roof covering including the installation of a man safe system, undertake the installation of new external cladding to the whole of the building and remodeling of the existing car park area to include tarmac, line marking and installation of bollards. We accommodated additional refurbishment works to occupied neighbouring Unit 2 within our programme working closely with our clients tenant to segregate the work area over 2 phases from their day to day operations.
