Tadley Court School, Hampshire

As part of our longstanding association with health care and education specialists, The Priory Group, we competitively tendered works to remodel and refurbish the accommodation blocks at Tadley Court School in Hampshire. The project had a number of challenges. Pivotal to the health and safety goals of the project was maintaining a high-security perimeter to the site area, ensuring the safety of the school's pupils, who have moderate and severe learning difficulties, autism and associated behavioural and / or communication needs. The school was live throughout the project and works took place over one of the fastest track programmes we have ever delivered. To ensure we met the handover dates, our team on site worked extensive overtime and weekends. The works were carried out over two phases, Ground Floor and First Floor. Works included a full refurbishment / remodel to create 23 bedrooms, 27 bathrooms, 10 ancillary rooms / kitchens / offices, communal stairwells, sports hall facilities and external landscaping works.
