Our team is key to our continued success and is made up of a number of sources.

Direct employed labour - We directly employ a large skilled labour force ranging from carpenters to electricians, labourers to plumbers, decorators to brick layers.  We beleive in training our team and providing constant development opportunities. Our directly employed team enables us to be in full control of a project from start to finish as and when required.

Training and apprenticeships - We have provided training and apprenticeships since our inception in 2001. We are true beleivers in developing our own team and limiting our exposure to industry shortages. Some of our team are truly 21CBS through and through joining us as school leaver apprentices and progressing through their careers to site or contract management.

Sub Contractors - We have worked closely with a number of bonifide sub contractors who are aligned with our values of partnership, assured quality and service since our inception in 2001. Strong supply chain relationships have been key to our success. As we coninue to grow we are always open to new approaches to extending our supply chain in this way.
